To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we’re looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities:

  • Identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, provide written products and briefings and produce detailed products
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to customer leadership
  • Present research and briefing senior level managers quickly and thoroughly and be able to react to a highly fluid environment
  • Actively produce collection, develop strategies, engage leadership and implement plans
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Currently only seeking level 3-5 candidates. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 3-5 based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback. 

Qualifications


  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelors' Degree and at least 7-20 years of Customer specific experience in the labor category
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in All-Source analysis
  • Experience writing IC-related documents
  • Experience and understanding of research, analysis and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable
  • Experienced in creating, reading and processing all - source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, reports from all disciplines
  • Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writing
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling
  • Ability to simultaneously manipulate multiple sets of data to derive inputs for targeting packages

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
  • Be very detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally (daily communication and in presentations) as well as in writing
  • Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
  • Formal training or certification
