THE JOB:

As a Cocktail Server at the Knox, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently expedite guests' drink orders while delivering outstanding beverage and bus service. You'll be expected to maintain a keen awareness of customer needs, ensure timely service, and create a welcoming atmosphere, all while upholding the lounge's high standards of hospitality and professionalism. Your ability to engage with guests and provide personalized service will enhance their overall experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $9.50 per hour plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station

• Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand, attend activities outside of venue

• Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures

• Focus on the development of a personal clientele list

• Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Must be 21 years of age

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
