What You’ll Do

Lead the sales floor and support team members during high-volume shifts
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide cannabis product guidance
Assist with daily dispensary operations, including cash handling and store flow
Support inventory, restocking, and merchandising
Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company procedures
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail dispensary environment

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail or hospitality)
Previous budtender or cannabis dispensary experience preferred
Experience with Dutchie POS and METRC is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
Must be 21+ and able to meet all requirements set by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
