Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team. The Lead Caregiver provides high-quality personal care to clients while also supporting and guiding other caregivers to ensure consistent, safe, and professional care. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to improving the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.

• Assist clients with daily living activities and companionship.

• Administer or assist with medications as directed.

• Monitor clients’ health conditions and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.

• Train, mentor, and support new caregivers.

• Ensure care plans are followed accurately and updated when needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience required (3+ years preferred).

• Experience in a lead or supervisory caregiving role preferred.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or similar certification preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
