Machine Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor production equipment to maintain efficient operation, consistent product quality, and a safe work environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (3 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent performance.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products throughout the production process.
• Verify glue consistency and make adjustments as needed before and during production.
• Inspect equipment for proper operation and promptly report mechanical issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous machine operator, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour first shift (5:00 AM–5:00 PM), three days per week.
