What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and building structuresÂ
- Participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies.Â
- Troubleshoot and respond to service requests efficiently and professionallyÂ
- Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational readinessÂ
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of suppliesÂ
- Prepare reports, logs, and service documentationÂ
- Assist with renovation and construction projects as neededÂ
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policiesÂ
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- HVAC certification required- Type 2 or EPA Universal
- 4+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific roleÂ
- Strong knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety proceduresÂ
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environmentsÂ
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditionsÂ
- Excellent communication skillsÂ
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructionsÂ
- A proactive, team-oriented mindsetÂ
Additional Details:
- High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devicesÂ
- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautionsÂ
