Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Strategy Project Manager to lead large-scale data and digital transformation programs for a major financial services client. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery, with responsibility for program execution, PMO governance, and senior stakeholder communication.

The Technical Strategy Project Manager will operate as the PMO lead and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring delivery rigor across data, engineering, and business work streams. The role requires the ability to translate complex program information into clear, decision-ready insights for senior leadership and requires close collaboration with client leadership and cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large-scale data and digital transformation programs.
  • Own PMO governance, program planning, and execution across multiple work streams.
  • Coordinate delivery across data, engineering, and business teams.
  • Driving executive-level communications.
  • Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution.
  • Leading change management and adoption initiatives.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience producing executive-ready materials.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level program status, insights, and decision materials.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and delivery rigor.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading or managing large-scale data or digital transformation programs.
  • Strong background in PMO leadership and delivery management across complex initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of data transformation concepts, including data mapping, profiling, conversion, and testing.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience producing executive-ready materials.

Preferred Experience:

  • Financial services or mortgage-domain experience.
  • Exposure to regulated or highly governed data environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, migrations, or cloud transformations.
  • Consulting, strategy, or transformation delivery background.
