Exciting growth with in a company that wants you to succeed*** Responsible for all painting activities in assigned pod which includes working with Facilities Manager to provide timely and quality painting service. Ensure pod has the adequate levels of paint. Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting. Fill all cracks and holes that are smaller than a nickel with appropriate material such as plaster and texture Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color. Paint surfaces with appropriate tools according to given instructions. Communicate with Facilities Manager on a regular basis to ensure completion of the project and satisfaction of the customer. Consistently pass proper inspection of completed work. Perform record keeping and processing of all required paperwork. Train new painters to use Entrata and the required standards of the department. Operate a company vehicle in a safe and lawful manner. Clean and maintain professional appearance of company vehicle and all equipment. Use painting tools and machinery properly to complete assigned work. Clean and maintain all painting equipment which may include brushes, rollers, sprayers, pumps, etc. Report for Snow removal timely to shovel snow and deice assigned properties. Follow all health and safety guidelines given by Facilities Manager. Perform other duties in related fields as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
