For more than 30 years, Hearing Associates of Northern Virginia has provided personalized hearing healthcare to patients throughout McLean, VA, and the surrounding communities.

They are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to support the daily operations of their busy practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience while managing appointments, patient communication, and front office responsibilities that help the practice run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and create a positive first impression during every visit.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to maintain an efficient provider schedule.
  • Collect patient payments and assist with routine insurance and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Communicate patient information promptly with providers and the clinical team.
  • Support day-to-day front office operations and assist with additional administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical front office, patient care, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning practice management software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented with a patient-first mindset.
