The Personal Assistant position is responsible for assisting the President with a variety of administrative and personal tasks freeing him to spend maximizing time on strategic tasks. Monitor and track the Presidents projects/tasks. Keeps Microsoft Planner current and updated. Attends select meetings with the President to aid in tracking projects/tasks. Prioritize the Presidents incoming emails and phone calls and routes as necessary. Monitors and schedules the Presidents calendar of events and meetings. Prepares for meetings by gathering documents. Coordinates travel arrangements. Acts as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. Gathers data from various sources and enters it into Excel and other programs as needed. Composes and prepares correspondence that is sometimes confidential. Assists with planning and coordinating corporate events. Assists with maintaining and distributing gifts/SWAG for birthdays, holidays, and special visitors/occasions. Assists with projects as needed. Assists Corporate Office in information gathering and reporting of statistics. Company and personal errands as needed. Additional duties as assigned.
