The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our clinic in Rochester, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Rochester is a neighboring community to the Springfield metropolitan area. It is a cozy community, with it's own park, bike trail, restaurants, and wineries. It offers an excellent school district and quick access to Springfield for more to see and do.

Practice Highlights
-Well established, growing practice.
-Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
-100% Outpatient Practice
-Strong support staff provided
-EPIC EMR

Position Requirements
-Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
-Board Certified or Board Eligibility

Compensation & Benefits Package

2 year base guarantee
Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available
Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency
20 days off + 6 holidays per year
CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year
Opportunities to earn productivity and quality bonuses

Visa Status: Able to support H1B visa, unable to support J1 visas.

Pay Range: $300,000-$399,406


Education Qualifications
  • Clinical doctorate is required.
Experience Qualifications
  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
