Processing & Packaging Technician - Nature's Grace, Springfield

Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for a variety of processing duties, including but not limited to accurately and efficiently packaging products with high attention to detail to meet daily packaging productivity, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Required to weigh out finished products with extreme accuracy and consistency and carefully handle product preparation while ensuring labeling and packaging of products are compliant with regulations.
• On non-packaging days, this position will assist in the labs and/or various other areas of the facility.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D at a minimum
• State law requires that applicants be 21 years old to work for a cultivation center
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and improve each operation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Good documentation practices
• Must be willing and able to wear all required and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Must be able to complete and obtain an Agent ID as approved by the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Qualifications: Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds by themselves and 75+ pounds with a buddy, carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and making adjustments to process equipment. Ability to be fitted for, and wear protective gear.
