Package
- $5,000 monthly base salary
- Monthly performance bonus
- The better you are at your job, the more you will make. Top performers can earn another $10k-$20k in addition to their base salary.

What You'll DoÂ
- Leading daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaningÂ
- Managing technicians and crew chiefsÂ
- Scheduling crews and overseeing job productionÂ
- Ensuring work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectationsÂ
- Monitoring job documentation, equipment usage, and timelinesÂ
- Maintaining strong communication with customers and insurance partnersÂ
- Developing and mentoring production staffÂ
What We're Looking ForÂ
- Someone who already understands restoration operations and enjoys leading teams.Â
- Restoration industry experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
- Preferred Certifications: IICRC - WTR, ASD, AMRT, FRST
