DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

• South Wing 5 is a dedicated, growing team, with an engaged Manager, committed to the professional growth and development of her team, and dedicated to patient experience.
•  Providing care for the adult patient population with 32 beds, primarily surgical and trauma with medical intercare overflow. 
• This unit offers participation in nurse driven change projects, great nursing ratios, and optimal support staff.

SCHEDULE:

• Full Time 36hr Night 7P-7:30A
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield

Pay:

• New Grad RN (0-1 year of RN Licensure) $41.00
• Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure) $43.16-$65.00

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
