Our current opening is for a Security Field Engineer/Technician. Technician will be responsible for providing customers with the highest quality of service possible in an efficient and timely manner while assuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for servicing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-up of systems.
- Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Identify, analyze, and diagnosis systems and products at customer鈥檚 location.
- Perform maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
- Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Regular travel requirements with occasional stays - 25%.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Requirements
路 Associate鈥檚 degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
路 Valid driver鈥檚 license
