JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst / Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern data solutions across analytics, reporting, and data warehousing environments. This role requires strong hands‑on experience in IICS and SQL, with additional capabilities in cloud platforms, data modeling, and programming.
KEY RESPONSINILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions to support analytics, reporting, and data warehousing.
- Perform hands-on coding and development using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and SAS.
- Build and support data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integration processes.
- Implement scalable data architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Execute data migration, transformation, integration, and enrichment activities across complex datasets.
- Perform data profiling, validation, and comprehensive data quality testing.
- Support source-to-target mapping, data lineage analysis, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems.
- Produce analytical datasets, reports, and insights to support business and regulatory needs.
- Develop dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
- Work closely with business, engineering, QA, and program teams to meet key delivery milestones.
- Document designs, transformation logic, pipeline workflows, and testing outcomes thoroughly.
- Contribute to improving data standards, engineering processes, architecture, and governance.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Expertise in IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services)
- Advanced SQL development skills
- Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical, dimensional).
- Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, automation, or ETL.
- Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, SAS, and modern data warehouse ecosystems.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
