Pay: $20/hr. | Part-time | On-Call | In-Home Care 

Peak Work Times: 8am-6pm (Mon-Fri)                                 

Non-Peak Work Times: Evenings/Weekends

• Work is not guaranteed daily

⏰ Schedule & Availability

• Peak Demand: Weekdays (8AM–6PM)
  

• Additional Opportunities: Evenings & weekends
  

• Assignments may be:
  

• Same-day
  

• Next-day
  

• Short notice
  

? When marked available, you must be:

• Responsive
  

• Ready to accept assignments
  

• Prepared to travel (up to 45–60 minutes)
  

? Compensation & Bonus

• $20/hour
  

• $75 Activation Bonus
  

• Paid after completing your first 3 successful shifts
  

• Must complete full application process within 2-3 days 
  

? Opportunities to transition into after 90 days:

• Private nanny roles ($25–$35+/hr.)
  

? Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, safe childcare
  

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities
  

• Maintain a calm, structured environment
  

• Communicate professionally with families
  

• Adapt quickly to new home environments
  

✅ Requirements

• 1–2+ years childcare experience
  

• Experience with infants through school-age
  

• Reliable transportation (required)
  

• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
  

• Comfortable with pets
  

• Professional, dependable, and adaptable
