Join Our Team as a Process Engineer at Johnson Electric!

Location: Springfield, TN (100% onsite) 

Relocation: Relocation Support Provided  

Travel: Less than 5%

As our next Senior Process Engineer, you will lead advanced manufacturing processes, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to deliver world-class safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Lead manufacturing processes and improvement initiatives. 

  • Support product launches and automation projects. 

  • Optimize safety, quality, productivity and cost performance. 

  • Support APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC and MSA. 

  • Lead process capability studies and DOE activities. 

  • Support IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 compliance. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. 

  • 7+ years of automotive manufacturing experience. 

  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley and Keyence PLCs. 

  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. 

  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. 

Bonus Points If You Have 

  • KUKA robot experience. 

  • AI vision systems experience. 

  • Capital equipment implementation experience. 

  • Balancing concepts knowledge.
