Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽The Targeting Analyst聽Develops targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non lethal engagements. Develops target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products. Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements. Conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations. Provides database nominations, creates and updates database and uploads TMs into databases.
Required聽qualifications/skills:
Education/Experience:
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience;聽OR
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience;聽OR
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 20 years of Intelligence Analysis experience.

Qualifications:
聽
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Relevant experience should be in the field of remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, all-source analysis.
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience should include at least 5 years working supporting the Joint targeting cycle
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques; Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Expert level research and writing skills
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Current/active TS/SCI clearance

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽GPC-II Imagery Certification
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with commercial visualization software
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums
- 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school
