We work hard and we have a lot of laughs along the way.  The starting rate of pay is $17.00 per hour.   The inventory control clerk has primary responsibility for the daily warehouse inventory duties; including managing information related to Encompass WMS tracking functions, adjusting information as necessary to facilitate the proper inventory perpetual count and correct bin locations for all products. This position will be required to use multiple types of loading equipment, including but not limited to, single sit-down forklift, double sit-down forklift, or ride-on pallet jack.  They must be able to assist in other various warehouse roles as the need arises not just their assigned role.   Primary Responsibilities: Conducts inventory cycle counts, and random bin location and inventory checks every day and turn into the results to the warehouse manager Counts dunnage daily and verify quantities in the WMS database Runs a daily un-slotted product report and researches and corrects discrepancies Runs a daily negative bin inventory report and researches and corrects discrepancies Transfers warehouse breakage quantities from inventory to the repack bin in Encompass WMS Restocks completed repacked product into the proper bin transferring the packages and quantities from the repack bin to the properly slotted bin location. Builds ships and receives inter-Company transfers, verifying quantities as the pallets are constructed and deconstructed to determine accuracy. Communicates to the Warehouse Manager about any equipment issues or slotting and restocking issues Follows all safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.     QualificationsPrimary Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 0-3 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required This position requires the employee to be detail oriented, quality focused, able to take direction, be self-motivated, and work in a team-oriented environment. The Warehouse Associate must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment; and the flexibility to work long hours beyond standard requirements as needed. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, or crouch; lift above head; lift heavy items, up to 40 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally up to a 185-pound keg; frequently push/pull 250 pounds with the assistance of a two-wheel dolly, product cart or other mobile equipment; tolerate going back and forth from hot to cold temperatures; and talk and hear. The Warehouse Associate must be at least 18 years of age to work with alcohol.
