ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: In order to be successful in this role you’ll need to be able to handle the following: Package, label, and stock materials and inventory Scan and track inventory using barcode systems Assist with shipping and receiving tasks Build pallets using tools like table saws and pneumatic nail guns Operate forklifts (training provided and certification required) Maintain a clean and safe work area Report any safety concerns to supervisors Support production by ensuring materials are available and organized Work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision Perform additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Basic math and counting skills Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and follow instructions PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to work in varying temperatures WE HIRE YOU TO RETIRE YOU: Airtech is a family-owned global leader in materials used to manufacture high-performance composite parts.
