Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Loan Servicing Representative. This position is responsible for supporting a variety of loan servicing functions, ensuring accurate processing of loan transactions, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Book and maintain various loan types within the Bank’s core processing system, including commercial, consumer, and mortgage loans.
• Process and balance loan transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare checks and process vendor invoice payments.
• Assist customers by answering incoming calls and responding to loan-related inquiries.
• Process loan payoffs and perform other daily loan servicing activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support departmental goals.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.

Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include performance-based incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
