Job Description:
Job Summary• The dialysis registered nurse provides direct nursing care to patients with acute or chronic renal failure. Specialized skills include pre-dialysis assessment, dialysis access, monitoring during and after treatment, operating the dialysis machinery, point-of-care lab testing, and patient/family education.Â

â—¦ Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
◦ Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience
â—¦ Preferred: Previous nursing experience

â—¦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â—¦ Demonstrate effective leadership abilities
â—¦ Exhibits valuable time management skills
â—¦ Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.
â—¦ Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration
â—¦ Required: MO RN license
