Job Description:

Responsible for nutritional care and follow up of patients and communicating information appropriately to other health professionals. Requires excellent customer service skills, a self –starter, and a positive attitude.

Education:
â–ª Required: None
â–ª Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
â–ª Preferred: education in nutrition and dietetics

Experience:
â–ª Prefer experience in nutrition and dietetics

Skills:
â–ª Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math
â–ª Basic computer skills
â–ª Excellent communication skills
â–ª Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
â–ª Able to move quickly
â–ª Able to stand for long periods of time
â–ª Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and concise phone etiquette
