Now Hiring: Server/Cocktailer
Location: Moxy Springfield Downtown - Eyrie Rooftop Bar

Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests promptly.
• Offer menu suggestions and answer questions with knowledgeable advice.
• Ensure responsible beverage service in compliance with liquor laws.
• Accurately take and serve food/drink orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guests' needs, including bussing and resetting tables.
• Prepare non-mixed drinks, soups, and salads.
• Process payments and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

Hours:

• Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday - 5pm - bar close.

Physical Requirements:

• Light work with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods.

Work Conditions:

• Primarily indoor environment.
