What You'll Do

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating disorders that affect breathing and cardiopulmonary function.

Your responsibilities include:

Airway and ventilator management in Adult, Pediatric, and NICU populations
Participation on our Neonatal Transport Team
Rapid response support during Trauma Alerts, Code Blues, and emergency calls
Performing diagnostic cardiopulmonary evaluations and therapeutic procedures
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy – Required
Certified Respiratory Therapist in Massachusetts – Required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association – Required
