Create ideal product and production plan and execute merchandise planning.
Actualizes a business where product, sales floor and marketing are linked in order to achieve both short term target and long term branding.
Makes amendments to the yearly, monthly and weekly business plan consistently based on current performance in order to achieve numerical results continuously.
Budget formulation by season / month by color, pattern and size based on business trend and demand.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Merchandising or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): good communication, organizational skills, detailed- oriented
Problem finding skills and solution oriented
Highly analytical on actual figures, dales data, production situation and can create valid measures
Has customer centric mindset
