Key Responsibilities: - Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding on different types of metal. - Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process and materials. - Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards. - Conduct quality checks on welded components to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance welding skills and knowledge.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Completion of a formal welding training program or apprenticeship.
