- Provide direct and supportive care to clients/patients, promoting their recovery and well-being.
- Monitor and document client/patient behavior, vital signs, and medical symptoms.
- Assist clients/patients with daily activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and transportation.
- Facilitate group education/structured activities, promoting social interaction and skill-building.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide crisis intervention and support, as needed.
- High School education or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of responsible employment experience.
- Experience in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company-owned vehicle.
- Valid driver's license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record.
- Current auto insurance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients/patients, families, and colleagues.
- Basic keyboarding skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records.
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
