SAIC is seeking a mid-level Policy Analyst to support our customer in an exciting, high-priority, high-visibility office. This position will support an office charged with the stand up of new facilities. In this role, you will provide advice and assistance with strategic planning, policy, and business analysis required to establish the Joint Program Management Office (J-PMO) structure and create the J-PMO documentation.

This position requires an active TS/SCI and is a great opportunity to be sponsored for a polygraph.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishment of J-PMO goals, objectives, and operational concepts.
  • Coordination with partners on topics that will affect those stakeholders.
  • Ensure J-PMO concepts are functionally coordinated with partners to ensure future operability.
  • Timely and appropriate action tracking.
  • Review and editing of policy documents.
  • Performance of policy audits and gap analysis.
     


  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Willing and able to complete a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and 6+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience developing, contributing to, editing, reviewing, and/or auditing policies
  • Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and proposing innovative solutions to technical issues
  • Customer Service experience in federal and or intelligence community.
     

Desired

  • Experience working in a program or project management office.
  • Experience working with the IC.
