Pay: $60K – $75K/annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Your Clinical Impact
As a Substance Use Disorder Therapist, you play a critical role in shaping the recovery experience and maintaining clinical quality. You will:
Deliver Evidence-Based SUD Treatment
- Facilitate individual and group therapy addressing substance use disorders, relapse prevention, recovery skills, and co-occurring mental health conditions
- Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approaches
Collaborate Across Disciplines
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Provide family counseling and education to support sustained recovery
Ensure Continuity of Care
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners
- Support discharge planning and long-term recovery outcomes
Maintain Clinical & Regulatory Excellence
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards
- Complete timely, accurate, and clinically sound documentation
What We’re Looking For
Education & Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with active LSW and documented group therapy experience OR
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
Required / Preferred Licensure
- LCDC I, LCDC II, or LCDC III
- Additional acceptable licenses include: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT
Additional Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Ohio clinical license
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
