Hours: 7a-7p or 7p-7a

Full Time, Part Time, and PRN Positions

Pay Rate: $40-$42/hr Plus night shift differential

Job Responsibilities 

• Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting findings according to policies.
• Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.
• Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor. ​

Education

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or hold relevant state licensure.

License

• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
• RN

Ethan’s Crossing of Springfield is an 80-bed residential, detox facility located in Springfield Ohio.  We are here to help get people on the road to recovery. Ethan Crossing combines innovative therapy with passionate care to provide comprehensive treatment for addiction and mental health disorders. We believe that everyone deserves a shot at recovery
