What You'll Do
As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance, including:
- Creating and maintaining a culture where safety is the highest priority
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing branch team
- Driving profitable sales growth and expanding customer relationships
- Managing branch profitability through effective P&L oversight
- Delivering exceptional customer service for walk-in, phone, and delivery customers
- Overseeing inventory, warehouse, production, and distribution operations
- Monitoring key performance metrics and implementing continuous improvements
- Hiring, developing, and evaluating branch employees
- Collaborating with regional leadership and neighboring branches to support company initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience
- Previous experience managing an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or retail operation
- Demonstrated success leading teams and developing employees
- Experience managing budgets, expenses, and profit & loss performance
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems
