About the Opportunity

We are seeking organized, motivated individuals who enjoy researching destinations, working with customers, and bringing vacation details together. As a Vacation Planning Consultant, you will help clients explore getaway possibilities and coordinate arrangements based on their interests, schedules, and budgets.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about each client's vacation goals, preferred dates, interests, and budget
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
  • Compare available options and help clients identify choices that fit their needs
  • Coordinate selected accommodations, transportation, and activities using approved booking resources
  • Organize reservation details and provide confirmations, itineraries, and important trip information
  • Assist with routine booking updates, schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Track important deadlines and follow up on outstanding travel details
  • Review reservations for accuracy before departure
  • Maintain organized client records and planning notes
  • Complete ongoing destination and supplier education
