What You Will Do:

• Design and develop key communications products in support of mission owners to engage with the workforce and oversight
• Design and execute facilitations and engagements with mission owners to support change management for AI integration into analytic workflows
• Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communications and change management efforts

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance; must UPGRADE and MAINTAIN a Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) and COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) Polygraph Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• Three (3) + years of relevant experience
• Experience in change management aligned to the implementation of AI tools
• Experience with developing and implementing communications plans, products, and media

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience with DoD or IC clients
