Pay & Schedule
- $16 per hour, depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses

What You'll Do
As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in driving occupancy and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Responding to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Following up on leads and converting prospects into residents
- Scheduling and conducting apartment tours
- Explaining lease terms, pricing, and community amenities
- Assisting residents with service requests and general questions
- Preparing and maintaining resident files and documentation
- Supporting occupancy goals and community marketing efforts

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Positive, professional attitude
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred (Not Required - We Will Train the Right Person):
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Sales experience (6+ months preferred)
- Multifamily or apartment leasing experience (6+ months preferred)
- Experience with Entrata or other property management software
- Basic understanding of financials and budgeting
