Essential Functions and Job Duties:
- Have efficient communication with the leader of the Mixing Area to know the priorities of
the department. - Understand how to access and read the schedule.
- Receive training on how to operate X3 ERP system both on desktop and scan gun.
- Print the pick tickets for the orders.
- Pull and transfer ingredients to staging locations both physically, and through the ERP program using either the computer or scan gun.
- Maintain accurate inventory in the warehouse and report any discrepancies to the Area Lead and/or Warehouse Manager
- Return unused ingredients to the inventory both physically and through the ERP system, using the scan gun or computer, when the Work Order has been completed.
- Maintains excellent communication and relationships with other employees to foster team effort.
- Must be familiar with all mixing Processes.
- Assists Mixing Area Lead with training of new employees.
- Work with Production Clerk to investigate and reconcile variances or discrepancies on completed orders.
- Works with inventory to complete counts of ingredients.
- Assists in investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Forklift Certified.
- Works in Mixing as needed.
- Is the assigned coverage for the Mixing Are Lead in their absence.
- Additional duties may be assigned and/or required.
 Personal Qualifications:
- Must be a self-motivated person who can work with minimum supervision.
- Must be well organized and be able to work within a deadline.
- Must have the ability to follow-up and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to adhere to schedule work hours.
- Maintain proper hygiene.
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written directions in English.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience using a computer and/or scan gun.
- Attention to detail.
Education Requirements:
- Mathematical aptitudes are preferred.
- Computer experience is preferred.
- High School Graduate or GED Equivalent

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to squat and bend for extended periods of time
- Twisting and reaching are required
- Pushing and pulling heavy loads
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 55 pounds regularly
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
