Night Watch Supervisor

Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour DOESchedule: Wednesday - Saturday I 7:00pm - 7:00am (Full-time)

 

Our Night Watch Supervisor leads the overnight residential team and ensures safety, structure, and calm in a high‑acuity residential setting. You guide staff, respond to escalations, support students throughout the night while upholding treatment plans and coordinating with clinical teams. 

 

Nestled in the serene beauty of Hobble Creek Canyon, Embark at Springville is more than a treatment center—we’re a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 12–17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach is family-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train 3-5 overnight residential staff by modeling interventions, answering questions, and managing escalated situations.
  • Provide overnight supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in a high-acuity residential setting.
  • Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents.
  • Conduct weekly 1on1 meeting's with direct supports.
  • Be on-call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed.
  • Monitor campus safety, conduct room checks, and maintain a secure environment.
  • Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff.
  • Perform light cleaning and organization to maintain a safe, welcoming space.

Qualifications

  • What we are looking for:

    • 2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting.
    • 1 year of leadership experience.
    • Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations.

    • Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support overnight staff.

    • Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents.

    • Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.

    Requirements:

    • 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Able to pass a Utah State background check.
    • Obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before your first shift.
