Responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, enamel, varnishes and other finishes using brushes, rollers and sprayers. Expertise required in mixing and matching pigment, oil, base and thinner in the right proportion to attain the desired outcome. A significant portion of this role is to learn the trade from more experienced coworkers.
