We are seeking a proactive and energetic teammate with strong financial analysis, presentation, forecasting, planning, and reporting skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities and data management competencies. The Klinge Corporation Financial Analyst has responsibility for providing pricing analysis, business planning, forecasting, and reporting support for the Klinge Corporation business and for interpreting and summarizing complex data into meaningful financial reports and effectively partnering with functional leaders to develop and support the execution of forecasts, reconciliations, and analysis.

As our Financial Analyst you will:Â
- Assist in annual budgeting and standard cost setting process, forecasting, and reporting of the income statement and balance sheet.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company financial policies.
- Drive and participate in operational excellence initiatives to support achievement of organizational goals and innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes and reporting (e.g. MOR, SIOP, Price realization).
- Partner and provide finance support to key project teams for revenue growth, investments, and productivity, etc. as needed.
- Study market and business trends to help guide Product Growth Team (PGT) investment decisions, supporting ROI, ROIC, CROIC and payback analysis.
- Ensure the production of timely, accurate and relevant financial reports to business management to facilitate understanding and analysis of the business and business opportunities.
- Partner on the monthly close process, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Revenue recognition responsibility and in-depth variance analysis.
- Review variances to determine their cause and identify corrective actions.
- Perform monthly price realization and mix analysis, including bringing key insights to impacted parties.
- Support Finance team to prepare and deliver performance tracking reports with appropriate countermeasures as required.
- Review transaction errors to ensure proper impact on perpetual and GL records.
- Support with ad hoc analysis of results, budgets, and forecasts with focus on P&L. performance, cash flow, working capital optimization, investments and productivity, and financial ratios.

What you will bring

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience required
- MBA preferred and/or CPA, CMA
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, accounting or related field
- Demonstrated ability to establish & implement processes and perform in a fast-paced environment, while also to build a positive rapport and attitude with personnel throughout the worldwide organization
- Advanced Excel Skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office, Hyperion Planning/HFM knowledge
- Preferably strong Tableau, Dataiku, Epicor, Oracle, Oracle BI and OneStream skills and experience.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain poise under pressure
- Proven track record of working independently and managing multiple projects or deliverables simultaneously.
- Highly developed analytical and economic modeling abilities, including proficiency with financial forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI, ROIC and CROIC modeling.
- Advanced problem-solving capability, detail orientation, and sensitivity to tight time frames.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; adept at translating financial information for non-financial audiences.
