Maintenance Technician- York

Schedule: Wednesday- Sunday

Job Summary 

Regents' Glen Country Club is seeking an in-house Maintenance Technician/Handyman to help keep our clubhouse, restaurant, and grounds running smoothly. This role handles a wide variety of basic repairs and upkeep around the Club, along with occasional errands to local suppliers. We're looking for someone versatile and dependable who can tackle whatever comes up on any given day.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform basic repairs and general maintenance throughout the clubhouse, restaurant, pool area, and grounds 

• Handle a wide range of handyman tasks — patching, painting, minor plumbing/electrical fixes, furniture and fixture repair, and general troubleshooting 

• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and management in a timely manner 

• Run errands as needed for supplies and materials (e.g., Lowe's, the flower farm, and other local vendors) 

• Help set up and break down for special events as needed 

• Monitor Club facilities for maintenance issues and flag anything requiring outside contractor support 

• Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces organized and in good condition 

• Support seasonal upkeep needs around the property (indoor and outdoor) 

Qualifications 

• Solid, versatile handyman/maintenance skills — comfortable handling a variety of repair tasks across different trades 

• Reliable and self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision 

• Comfortable working around an active restaurant, pool, and event space 

• Prior experience in facility maintenance, property upkeep, or a related trade preferred
