This is a new and exciting opportunity for an organized and tech-savvy individual to establish and maintain our commercial lines operations. You will help set up our Agency Management System (AMS), define workflows, manage carrier appointments, and ensure compliance.  We offer a positive and enjoyable work experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the Agency Management System
  • Establish workflows for quoting, binding, and renewing commercial policies
  • Coordinate with carriers to manage underwriting relationships
  • Supervise daily clerical operations
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in commercial lines insurance, ideally with small to mid-sized agency
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Strong proficiency in technology and AMS implementation & management
  • Possess organizational skills to prioritize workflows in a timely, and accurate manner.
  • Effective communication skills, in written, oral or schedule form
  • Computer literate – Proficient use of Windows systems, Microsoft Office software (including Word, Excel, Outlook), database programs and general office equipment
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts
  • Professional work ethic.
