Accounting Associate II

Summary

The Accounting Associate position would be responsible for accounts payable processing/auditing, commission assistance, and clerical support for Financial Services Division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Processing/auditing of Agent commission payments 
• Commission expense/revenue processing
• Clerical support for Financial Services Division
• Processing/auditing of trade payable invoices
• Creating and sending agent commission statements
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial data
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Skills/Competencies: 

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and with others and follow department procedures.
• Organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. 
• Filing, data entry and typing skills with accuracy,
• Honest, as well as respect, for the company and its policies & procedures is crucial.
• Bookkeeping experience and accurate 10-key by touch required.
