Connect with potential customers via phone and email to schedule and confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows. Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business, enhancing customer relationships. Seamlessly turn online leads into sales and provide timely quotes with the Internet Sales Manager and Management Team. Keep up with automotive trends, product features, and industry knowledge. Understand vehicle features, compare models, and stay updated on inventory. with past and potential customers, suggest trade-ins, and respond to inquiries with a personal touch. Qualify buyers, demonstrate vehicles, handle objections, negotiate prices, complete contracts, and finalize sales. Forecast and achieve monthly sales targets while staying informed about dealership inventory. Actively develop leads through phone, mail, and in-person interactions. Deliver vehicles, clearly explain features, warranties, and paperwork. Commit to exceptional customer service and be ready to take on additional tasks as needed. QualificationsWhat we need: High School Diploma or GED. Charismatic and customer-focused, with flair. Sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome sales rookies with a burning passion to succeed. Strong ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails, with excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-energy setting. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to captivate and engage customers. Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems. Strong time management, relationship-building, and follow-up abilities. A valid driver's license.
