What You’ll Do

As a Store Manager, you’re the leader, motivator, coach, and culture-builder for your store. You’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while keeping the business running smoothly and successfully.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop an awesome team
• Mentor Assistant Managers and help prepare future leaders
• Create a fun, positive, high-energy work environment
• Motivate your team to hit store goals and performance metrics
• Build lasting relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Oversee daily operations, audits, and compliance responsibilities
• Keep the store running strong across a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an engaging leader who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll stand out if you have:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of progressive retail experience
• A hands-on, interactive leadership style
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• A passion for developing people and building relationships
• Comfort with technology and retail operations
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance

College coursework or additional experience is a bonus, but your leadership energy and ability to inspire others matter most!
