  • Supporting C5ISR systems at NAWCAD WOLF

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements

  • Associates of applied science in electrical or mechanical engineering technology and three or more years of relevant experience or a high school diploma / general education development (GED) and five or more years of relevant, hands-on experience
  • Demonstrated experience assembling or installing parts that require simple wiring, soldering, or connecting
  • Demonstrated experience combining, organizing, and packaging individual hardware components, commercial parts, and custom assemblies into complete, ready-to-install packages (kits) for military systems following engineering blueprints and/or Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Demonstrated experience completing routine tasks such as tensile or hardness tests, operating and adjusting simple test equipment, and recording test results
  • Demonstrated experience performing computations, plotting data, and drawing simple curves and graphs
  • Demonstrated experience completing tasks that require the use of CAD

Desired Skills

  • Hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting and testing C5ISR systems for air platforms or ground vehicle communications

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

Travel Requirements

  • No more than 15 business days per calendar year
