Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate and process inventory transfers between locations
- Complete and maintain weekly transfer reports
- Submit expense-related documentation to the appropriate department
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry systems)
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office atmosphere, good math skills, communication skills both oral and written.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Schedule:
- Full-time (8 am – 4:30 pm Mon - Fri)
