Sorting & Packing Associate – 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are currently hiring Shim Check Associates for a 3rd shift opportunity in St. Marys, Ohio. This position involves inspecting, sorting, and packing small automotive components to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of parts for defects or damage.
• Sort and separate components according to specifications.
• Pack finished products for shipment.
• Verify quantities and maintain accurate counts.
• Follow quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable with good attendance.
