We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish with deep consideration for Timelines, Budgets and Specifications. The candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. This role is a key leadership role within the company responsible for advising senior management.
Responsibilities
- Use the Prinoth Development Process to start, run and complete new product introduction projects on time, within scope and within budget
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to set attainable project goals
- Run multiple large, multi-year projects and multiple smaller, limited scope projects at the same time
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Address gaps or discrepancies in timeline, scope or budget in a timely manner to adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs, development or financing for the projects change
- Assessing risks and establishing contingency plans
- Run other projects for Sales, Engineering or Operations as identified by management
Requirements
路 Technical Bachelor's degree
路 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
路 Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
路 Strong communication skills
