We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to step into the role of Assistant House Manager at our Able House Residential Program. This position offers the unique opportunity to develop professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in our care. As Assistant House Manager, you will: Assist in coordinating operations, services, and care within the residential program. Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care for residents. Provide training and support to residential staff to maintain excellence in service. Collaborate with agency supports and leadership teams to optimize program success. Oversee the completion of all required residential program documentation. Contribute to the program’s development, including guiding the use of the home and spacious landscape for resident well-being. The ideal candidate will: Be a strong team player, ready to collaborate with Residential Behavior Interventionists and the leadership team. Exhibit patience, empathy, and calmness during challenging situations. Be comfortable with therapeutic support techniques (prior experience is preferred but not required). Follow policies and protocols with consistency and attention to detail. Communicate clearly and effectively. Provide coaching and training to staff to ensure high-quality services. Maintain reliable transportation for work responsibilities. As part of the team, you will be provided with ongoing clinical support and training provided regularly for the residential team.
